- remove from heat, mix in

- 30mlherb, coriander, fresh≈ 4.32 g herb, coriander, fresh
- 80gyoghurt, greek, homemade

- 30gwater
- 5glemon juice

Process
- Prep
- Make the green and red chutneys
- Potatoes:
- Roast the cubed potatoes for 30 minutes at 180C.
- Toss with the chaat masala and a drop of oil while still warm
- Saute the onions in the pan, 5 minutes.
- Add the potatoes, let cook for 3-5 minutes at low-medium heat until they start to get a crust. Mix frequently to ensure nothing burns.
- Add the chickpeas etc, mix well
- Add a little water if it’s a bit dry.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the green and sweet chutneys; mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- *** REMOVE FROM HEAT ***
- Mix in the chaat masala and coriander leaves
- Mix through the yoghurt
- *** FOR SERVING ***
- Drizzle the chaat masala mix on top
