  • roast the potatoes

  • 1single, 5gchilli, green fingerfinely diced
  • 1100mlGreen Chutney
  • 130mlSweet Chutney
  • remove from heat, mix in
  • 1tspspice, chaat masala
  • 30mlherb, coriander, fresh≈ 4.32 g herb, coriander, fresh
  • 80gyoghurt, greek, homemade
  • topping
  • 0.75tspspice, chaat masala
  • 30gwater
  • 5glemon juice

Instructions

Process

  1. Prep
    1. Make the green and red chutneys
    2. Potatoes:
      1. Roast the cubed potatoes for 30 minutes at 180C.
      2. Toss with the chaat masala and a drop of oil while still warm
  2. Saute the onions in the pan, 5 minutes.
  3. Add the potatoes, let cook for 3-5 minutes at low-medium heat until they start to get a crust. Mix frequently to ensure nothing burns.
  4. Add the chickpeas etc, mix well
  5. Add a little water if it’s a bit dry.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the green and sweet chutneys; mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. *** REMOVE FROM HEAT ***
  9. Mix in the chaat masala and coriander leaves
  10. Mix through the yoghurt
  11. *** FOR SERVING ***
  12. Drizzle the chaat masala mix on top
